PreOrder your iPhone 4S Starting Tomorrow

You will actually be able to pre-order on October 7th, with the iPhone 4S availability date set for October 14th. And AT&T is going to make it easy to upgrade, if you are eligible, right from your own iPhone with a handy app. Of course you can always check availability via AT&T Wireless main site or go to Apple and check, they set up an availability page for AT&T and Verizon customers (sorry Sprint customers).
