Chicago Set Up for AT&T Wi-Fi Hotspot

"AT&T has launched its promised Wi-Fi hotspot in Chicago much earlier than expected. The access covers Wrigleyville, the neighboring restaurants and shops surrounding Wrigley Field. Streets and outdoor areas to the immediate south, east and west sides of the stadium have the Wi-Fi coverage."
They have also set up similar Wi-Fi areas in Times Square in New York City and downtown Charlotte, NC. Anything to help the 3G right?
