"A new sign of greater acceptance by business customers of Apple and the Macintosh is Cupertino's growing interest in that once 100 percent PC market. Apple is expanding its sales support operation to businesses as well as adding business-centric sections to its retail stores."

Apple is building upon their product successes by making a push to gain market share in small and mid-sized businesses. Briefing Centers (along with Business Leaders and Solution Engineers) are starting to appear in some retail stores, specifically targeting business customers. In one fiscal quarter, Apple Stores hosted 60.5 million visitors. Since half the Macs sold in the stores are to 'switchers' (from Windows), the hope appears to be that this will happen in the small and mid-size business world as well. Are any of you readers seeing Macs replacing Windows PCs in the workplace?
