Apple Thoughts: Priceline iPad App Now Available

"I tend to travel a fair bit, and when I'm not flopping down on friends' couches (which happens more than I should probably admit - thanks guys), I often turn to Bill Shatner's pugnacious figure and punch it, firing up the Priceline app to find a killer deal. And now that it's a universal app, it's even better on the iPad."

Traveling mostly for work on an expense account, I've never spent much time looking at Priceline. These days I'm much more interested in traveling cheaply, so this may end up on my iPad (and iPhone). I like the iPad feature showing room prices on a map, and I'm eager to try out the price haggling feature. Any experiences with Priceline that you'd like to share with readers?
