"Apple yesterday (February 12th) announced a new addition to Mobile Me: The ability to share large files with others via iDisk. One of our readers had noticed an announcement about it way back on New Year's Day."
This makes it pretty easy to share files, sending the person you want to share with a link they click on to download the file. Now you won't have to worry about an attachment on an email being too large and getting an error message from your email provider. The advantage over something like Dropbox is that you can also password protect and put an expiration date on the link. I think I still prefer the ease of Dropbox, but this is a nice improvement to iDisk. Apple has also posted a video tutorial on how to use the new feature.
